In this course, you will learn how to apply Thai massage techniques and principles on the table. The routine includes a thorough full body treatment in the supine, side-lying and prone positions.
Traditional Thai Massage is a Buddhist form of physiotherapy created by the Buddha's Doctor 2500 years ago. It combines acupressure, reflexology and passive stretching in a rhythmic routine that resembles yoga like stretches. thus, commonly referred to as Thai Yoga in the west.
